I had a great customer service experience buying. Some of the items I received were not to the spec on their website. They begrudgingly accepted a return and made me pay for shipping. Now they’re saying they never got the return when the tracking I provided them shows it was delivered. I’ve still not received a refund. Edit: They've replied to this review but have not acknowledged that they made me pay return shipping for THEIR mistake. They conveniently left out the part that they only initiated the return after I brought it to their attention that it had not happened after close to two weeks of them having the items back in hand. I'm not an entitled customer. I offered a very convenient and mutually beneficial proposal for an exchange. I was turned down.

I absolutely love this company!! They are always so helpful!! I was out of bottles and Jon went above and beyond to help me get some to hold me over. I have been using them for many years!! Their customer service is always awesome! I highly recommend them. Very happy customer!!

I chatted with Jon via their website and he super helpful. We were trying to find solutions for the bottling of our rubs and seasonings and he took the time to work with me and provide solutions. Great customer service and products.

I haven't ordered yet but will be ordering today. I came on to say that my chat agent Karina was soooo helpful. OMG. 10/10. She answered my questions and helped me find the products I'm interested in SO fast. I def recommend!

I would like to share that your company has "THE VERY BEST" Customer service I've experienced in very long time!!! I spoke with representatives Bird and Jonn and I must say they were so patient and knowledgable of your products and allowed me as much time as I need to make the best decision for my business I can't say THANK YOU enough!!!!

Samantha in Customer Service was WONDERFUL. I just got off the phone with her, she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me select some sample cases for a new product. I've been a customer since 2012 and have always been very happy with your products and services of Container & Packaging. Highly recommend.

Nice products with generally good pricing but beware they do not accept returns on anything less than a full case quantity. Most companies will process returns with a restocking fee or some penalty. Container & Packaging apparently only wants to sell full case quantities.
